Your roles & responsibilities

  • Develop new customers for cyan in LATAM
  •  Play a key role in the global expansion of the most successful MVNO and security technology provider
  •  Manage the different sales project phases from first contact to contract closure
  •  Achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets
  •  Coordinate CYAN internal departments towards successful delivery
  •  Support marketing and present at conferences and industry summit

You offer

  • Preferred Technical Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or Telecommunication
  •  Excellent interpersonal communicative skills
  •  Feels comfortable in a high pressure environment
  •  10-15 years minimum relevant experience, depending on profile
  •  Master Studies Abroad and/or MBA is a plus
  •  Contacts and proven sales experiences in major LATAM Service Providers
  •  Sr Sales Manager experience, in telecom & security - or alternatively other IT/software related markets with project characteristics
  •  Capable to understand customer demands in wide range of diverse markets
  •  Knowledge about telecom services, security services, VAS, and/or CRM and CRM-related IT concepts/products
  •  Open mindset to work in multi-cultural environment and distributed teams
  •  Proficiency (both written and spoken) in English and Spanish
  •  Proficiency on Portuguese is a plus
  •  Flexibility to travel globally
  •  Goal-oriented and able to work independently
  •  High level of team spirit, resilience, and hands- on mentality
